The application asks for the necessary information to get you started: a.) Verify who you are. b.) Check your credit history. c.) Verify that you are employed.
"We understand that some people have little or no credit history established." If you are a student or under twenty-five with no credit or work history a co-signer would be required. A parent or guadian would be recommend to co-sign. The co-signer would have to fill-out their own application and submit along with yours for approval."
After your application is completed and a copy of a ID is on file a rental representative will show you a apartments(s). If you see a apartment to your liking, the first step would be to secure your apartment with a deposit of $100. Other rental agents will continue to show this apartment, but they can not more forward unless your application is denied.
If your application is denied by a landlord or property manager for any reason the $100 deposit is
fully-refundable. If you get approved and then change you will not, Because we took it off the market and other rental agents did not have the opportunity to rent it while it was on hold.
Once your application is approved our fee would be required. Then our friendly office staff will then prepare your lease within three business days for signing. When the lease is ready you will then be contacted to meet with the landlord or property manager of your apartment, pay the remaing balance, get your keys, and discuss your move-in arrangements.
